Doc Channels creates a variety of projects, from documentaries to docu-series TV shows, films, PSA announcements, and other platforms. By nature documentaries are typically non-fiction and based on true events. See our various projects outlined below.

My Last Whisper is an estate planning project involving eBooks, courses, seminars, webinars, consulting and other advice on end-of-life planning. Virtually everyone will die sooner or later, but few are fully prepared for that time. We explore the steps necessary to make that transition stress-free.

Raymond studied philosophy and economics at Gonzaga University. He founded The Learning Channel to promote health and wellness in many forms and on a variety of platforms and languages. "Mental and physical health are the true values in life, the rest is the frosting, but those two are the true cake of life." His primary focus now is to create the avenues to promote wellness by partnering with co-hosts and co-producers who can share real-life experiences and tools that promote a healthy lifestyle. His mission is to expand awareness to help save lives and promote education to millions of people, groups and organizations worldwide.
Raymond lives with his children in Kelowna, BC, Canada. He wrote this song and created the video trailer, "Be The Light," about being a better person, parent and partner. It became the 'mission statement' video for his life, this channel, and his other projects at Handcraft Film.

Colleen Murphy is the founder of MBTTT,
My Body Tells the Truth, which is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children through education, awareness, and community engagement. Colleen’s journey into advocacy began as a hairstylist, where she developed a unique, trusted relationship with the public. Over time, she noticed an undeniable and tragic pattern. The client's stories of abuse they had endured in their homes, made her realize that listening wasn't enough, Colleen transitioned her unique insight into systemic action, founding MBTTT to turn awareness into lasting community prevention beginning with the passing of the Child Abuse Notice Act in Illinois, which she plans to make a federal law, to push more child friendly products such as video games, cartoons, posters, and billboards meant to reach children who might be suffering in silence. Wholesome, impactful prevention products encourage kids to speak out and never carry the weight of abuse alone

Tiera Williams is founder of Empathetic Echoes. She is dedicated to finding murdered and missing Indigenous women and children, and other individuals who are missing or have been abducted, domestic violence and abuse, injustice or hatred, ending sex trafficking and slavery, and other issues that help save lives.
Tiera is an activist, advocate, and the founder of A Fight for Equity and Empathetic Echoes. In 2020, she organized the Black Lives Matter protest in Edmonton that brought together more than 20,000 people in peaceful solidarity against racism and police brutality. That was when her activism journey started.
Since then, she has dedicated her life to standing up for marginalized communities, educating people about systemic injustice, police violence, hate, extremism, and advocating for missing and murdered Indigenous women, girls, and two-spirit people across Canada. "If sharing a story helps even one person be recognized, remembered, or found, then it matters".

Ivanna Khodos (Shkolnitskaya) is a Ukrainian civil society expert, policy analyst, and advocate specializing in gender equality, migration, anti-trafficking, and the protection of displaced women and children in Europe. Originally from Kyiv, Ukraine, she is currently based in Bulgaria, where she founded and leads the Refugees International Women Empowerment Foundation (R.I.W.E.), a Ukrainian-led NGO working at the intersection of women’s rights, refugee protection, prevention of gender-based violence (GBV), and counter-trafficking policy. With more than 15 years of professional experience, Ivanna has worked across government institutions, international organizations, and civil society.
Ivanna is particularly known for bridging grassroots realities with institutional advocacy. Drawing both from her professional background and her lived experience as a displaced Ukrainian woman and single mother, she works to amplify refugee voices in international discussions on migration, security, inclusion, and women’s leadership. In addition to her policy and advocacy work, Ivanna has experience in psychosocial support and trauma-informed approaches, which informs her understanding of trust barriers, vulnerability, and access to services among refugee communities.
Her mission is to strengthen the voices and leadership of Ukrainian women in Europe and contribute to Ukraine’s recovery and democratic future through diaspora engagement, evidence-based advocacy, and international cooperation.

This is one of the documentaries Ivanna will be co-hosting. "Lost Children of Ukraine" shows the children of Ukraine who face illegal capture and relocation to Russia. Some have died in Russia, and more are unaccounted for. Russia wants to strip these children of their identity about Ukraine and integrate them into Russia without returning them to their country.

The Healing Channel is a worldwide network of hosts and producers who create meaningful content through webinars, podcasts, interviews, life-changing experiences and stories which are shared with millions of people worldwide. We are constantly searching for co-hosts and co-producers who can assist in expanding our channel exposure and content.
Co-hosts help with their personal message, and the stories and experiences of others they interview. They do get paid, but do not share in the revenue of the channel. Co-producers assist in market expansion, providing content, helping source content, speakers and interviews of contributors worldwide.

Our premier episode, "Suicide: Symptoms, Safeguards, and Solutions," is now in pre-production. This episode identifies signs of mental illness and a pathway toward mental wellness. Suicide IS preventable. See the trailer link. Other episodes are outlined below, some for women and others for families. They are a blend of drama, documentaries, sponsors, and news stories, which we refer to as a "docu-series," and will include vlogcasts (video broadcasts). Each episode will be translated into a dozen languages, both for audio and/or subtitles. Saving Seniors from Suicide- In our research for the suicide doc Suicide, Depression and Anxiety, we discovered seniors are at the highest risk of suicide of ALL age groups in the world! Those 85+ are the highest, those ages 75-85 second, then younger adults, ages 25-34 are next. Men over 65 are at the highest risk. This episode explores reasons for taking their own life, such as the loss of a loved one, financial loss, divorce or eroding health, which is also a major factor that leads to seniors choosing to end their life, rather than live in a nursing home, extended care facility or other choices.

Ending Sex Trafficking- "Waiting For Your Call" is a docu-drama trailer about sex trafficking and missing people worldwide. It is unimaginable that nearly 8 million children go missing annually! There are nearly 50 million women and children held in slavery or sex trafficking rings worldwide, with the average age of only 18 years old, and most are women and young girls! We address this issue, including the shocking stats that in some countries, such as Canada, the rate of victims is ten or twenty times the population mix. Children are Vulnerable Worldwide. We address men harming, abusing or killing women and children, whether directly or through war, poverty and other root causes of this abuse. These need to be addressed and changed before the world is safe for women and children. Most face exploitation worldwide, and in many countries, the laws are in place to protect MEN, at the expense of women and children. Unless and until men, boys and even governments change their ways, women and children will continue to be at risk worldwide. We address these issues in the video below.

Addiction comes in many forms, but has one common ingredient: it affects the user and those they interact with, as well as society in general.
Addiction is widely recognized as the process of the brain's 'reward system' processing activity, which can and often leads to negative actions and consequences for individuals, their families and loved ones, and those who are affected by this compulsive behavior. There are hundreds of forms of addiction: drugs, alcohol, vaping, sex, gambling, Internet, video games, shopping, online browsing and others. Our doc will explore the common causes, issues and solutions.

Too often, judges are incredibly lenient in their sentencing, which results in criminals receiving less than satisfactory sentences. The end result is they are often out on the street again, far too soon, and usually commit further crimes. In one instance, a man killed his partner HOURS after being released one case, in broad daylight. In the case below three men broke into a house, beat a mother with a baseball bat and only received a light sentence in British Columbia, Canada. Unless and until judges hand down stiff sentences, criminals will continue to break the law and put the public at significant risk.

Domestic Violence Worldwide- This episode delves into how domestic violence is viewed and treated in many countries around the world. Most victims of domestic abuse and Intimate Partner Violence are women and children, but in some cases, men are at risk and victims as well. Each year, nearly 50,000 women and children are killed by their partners! The laws vary from country to country, and this episode interviews women from many countries to understand this dilemma and possible solutions for those at risk. Doc Channels is creating a new docu-drama about the use of AI and VR (virtual reality) in suicide awareness, depression and trauma recovery. Our doc will explore how AI is being used as a tool in suicide awareness and prevention.
We're also exploring the use of AI and VR to help seniors and terminal patients, or those in hospice who are at the end of their natural lives, to help create a positive pathway in their brains, using VR and AI to make their transition from life to the afterlife less painful, traumatic and stressful, for them and their loved ones.
This technology can be expanded to reduce depression, anxiety, and overcome physical, emotional, and psychological trauma from past experiences. See the article below.

Data centers are physical spaces that house computing equipment, like servers, storage systems, and network equipment. These servers store everything from emails to Google searches, Ai and other uses, and this information is distributed via underground cables. Thus, the so-called “cloud” is just a collection of data centers. When information is stored in the cloud, it’s stored in the data centers of the cloud provider but the problem is, they consume a massive amount of water, for a world that is consuming water at an alarming rate.
Why Is Water Relevant to Data Centers? To power these data centers, water is used in two ways: indirectly, to generate the electricity that data centers need to operate, and directly, to dissipate the heat generated by servers and other equipment

There are millions of applications for Ai now, but are they being applied in an ethical manner? Who decides how Ai is used, and where do humans apply that technology for their best use? When does artificial intelligence benefit from human interaction, especially decision-making? A prime example of the misuse of Ai is the recent bombing of an Iranian school, which resulted in the death of 180 girls, teachers and faculty staff. The maps and sat photos were 10 years old, idenfying incorrectly as a military target, not a school, yet no humans intervened in time to prevent a permanent stainn on the US military, and their selective use of Ai in choosing their targets. Canada has a long history of indignity towards Indigenous people for several hundred years. Here is an article about the findings in Montreal in May, 2026. An international panel of human rights experts has accused Canada of committing genocide against its Indigenous population. The Permanent Peoples' Tribunal was mandated to look at missing and disappeared children and unmarked graves at Canada’s residential school sites, as well as the forced sterilization of Indigenous women, through the lens of international law. This documentary is pivotal in showing Canada's crimes against humanity with genocidal intent, including the residential schools, which were in operation for over 150 years.

Finding Murdered and Missing Indigenous People. Thousands of missing, murdered and missing Indigenous men, women and children are unaccounted for in Canada. Many were victims of the residential schools, others died at the hands of truckers, and many were left to freeze to death by the RCMP on "Starlight Cruises" . Thousands of children were removed from their land, put into non-traditional homes, and often not allowed to return to their own land, and forced to attend residential schools across Canada, the US, and other countries. Ending Sexual Assault Against Women and Girls- Statistics show that sexual assault is far more widespread and under-reported than ever imagined. Often, the victims do not wish to relive the events with the authorities or in court, and women suffer in silence for their entire lifetime. According to this report, only six percent of sexual assaults are reported to police. Sexual assault is the most under-reported crime measured in the General Social Survey on Victimization. We focus on methods and tools to help women, but also educate men and change their patterns, views, treatment and how they sexually objectify and assult women.

Discrimination Against Sexual Identity- People of all ages, in every country around the world, face discrimination for their sexual identity and choices. For some, that leads to bullying and harassment, for others it can lead to death; both at the hands of others, the governments, vigilante groups, or often by suicide. While many countries protect the rights of the citizens of that country, some outright ban any form of sexual identity they do not approve of; thus stripping the rights and freedom of choice for sexual identity. In Canada, roughly 4% of the population identifies as other than heterosexual; the US is more!

Bullying and Harassment of Our Youth- Young people and teens face increasing risks of bullying and abuse, not only from other children and teens, but from adults as well. At an age when young people should be exploring life, they find themselves threatened and bullied, or worse yet, in danger of school shootings and other risks and hazards. We explore the underlying reasons children and teens bully or are bullied by others and find solutions and steps to help keep our youth safe, not only from other children but from adults as well. Speed Kills- (Finished video approximately 30 with sponsor information included). This is the initial 11-minute video we co-produced for the RCMP in Kelowna in 1996 to help teens slow down and avoid speeding and vehicle crashes. This video will be updated with new information about texting and distracted driving, how the new drug laws impact teenage driving, and in-depth interviews with survivors of accidents. Sometimes vehicular suicide is deemed a traffic fatality, with less stigma than suicide by vehicle. Young drivers are particularly vulnerable, with vehicle accidents a major cause of death.

Keeping Health Care Workers Safe- Health care work is the HIGHEST risk job in Canada! Stats show 95% of ALL healthcare workers get assaulted, in some manner, in their careers.
In the province of Ontario, Canada, health care workers make up about 5% of the workforce yet over 55% of ALL claims for work related injury or assault come from this one category . Workers in hospitals, care homes, and especially in-home care are at risk, often alone and subject to sexual and physical assaults. This is the highest-risk profession in North America and worldwide!

Through our production company, Handcraft Film, we will create, launch, and fund a variety of content for worldwide distribution. We choose to bypass the traditional distribution channels and focus on creating our own platforms, which will showcase the projects we create, along with selected content from other providers. Our goal is to market, promote and license shows that have an overwhelming impact on humanity in a positive way. We don't create or promote horror, slasher or other films, TV shows or docs which promote the abuse of men, women or children. Join us by adding your product, service or message to our episodes.

Advertising on our channels can benefit us as creators by generating cash flow for the production and distribution of our content, and for the advertiser as well. We do not have set rates yet for our channels, and won't announce those until the distribution platforms have been established. "Be The Light" is a docu-drama trailer by Handcraft Film about love, light, and purpose in our lives and how we need to be better parents and partners to our children. This is my favourite video and song I have ever created. As a father of six, I shared what little I may have learned along the way. It is also our corporate video about the projects we produce to help save lives and make this a better world for all.
